Take it from an ol postmaster, any product you buy from him, you will be extremely happy with. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome product! *by J***L on April 28, 2019* I have used several competitors versions of this type product and was disappointed in both the flavor and worse the clumping for mixing. This stuff mixed perfectly per the directions with absolutely no clumps. I injected about 50 lbs. of beef shoulder clod and rubbed them down with my own coffee cocoa rub. I usually just inject with Minors Aujus at double strength. No doubt that these came out much more moist. Of special note on a clod one end is very well marbled and always juicy, this injection kept the large lean other end super tender and juicy. My guests were floored by my smoked beef. I will be buying this many more times.
