**Q: Why are customers complaining that the item rusts? Stainless Steel should not rust. Is the description wrong?**
A: I have this and mine has gone rusty

**Q: When I press the top down to release some hand wash it sticks and doesn't move up and down freely. What can I do?**
A: I suggest to return it to Amazon ASAP - I received my with the clear plastic bottom detached and realised it has a major flaw in product making and design, I.e. the very bottom part is only glued to the rest of the bottle and can detach anytime....the fact yours has a “sticky” pump demonstrates how badly designed and made this product really is - and it costs £16, too! So much for JosephJoseph great style and innovative products!!!

**Q: Does this have a non-slip base?**
A: Yes has grey silicon ring stuck on raised plastic. Keep in kitchen, not sure how non slip on porcelain basin.

**Q: My mechanism is not attached to the spring tube. Should it be attached or how do I attach it as it currently does not work and doesn’t stay on to top**
A: I’m not sure as when I got mine it all came made up 👍

Smart looking, functional once it is set up. Downside; took 30 minutes to set up as the straw within the pump would not pick up the hand soap from within the container and it seemed broken. Needed to fiddle around with it a lot to get it going which nearly made me launch it out of the window in frustration. Another downside is there’s only a tiny difference between the lid/pump being locked “on” and it being loose, so already a load of washing up liquid has spilled out when it got knocked over. Just need to treat it with care.
