You cannot show TV alongside a menu. **Q: Is it possible to run the content over a network connection? We want to display same content at 5 locations in our hospital.** A: Yes, it is possible to run the content over a network connection. You would need a Video Encoder in addition to our equipment to do this. You will find this equipment if you search Google for "HDMI to network stream". Alternately, if it is not possible to set up using a Video Encoder, we recommend using 5 sets of Media Players+Licenses (1 set per screen) as it might be more cost-effective and easier to manage. After first having difficulty pairing the media player with my monitor, I was sent a different media player, and it worked fine. Customer support has been top notch in getting me started. I use the system on one screen, and it is fairly easy to set up. I would say that the templates are a bit limited, but I have nothing to compare it to. I like the weather feature - but I would also like to have daily news headlines, and that is not an option. So I have been searching the Internet for a work-around. The remote service, to set up your content, is pretty self-explanatory; the more you play with it, the easier it is to work with. Once you initially set up your templates and add your contents , very little duties are involved other than changing your price menus and uploading new pictures. Great little media player to control all aspect of contents being display. I could even change my prices on my home computer or tablet! Downloading content to the media player is super fast and no need to call in those professionals. It was a little difficult to set up at first but well worth it down the road. Please get yourself a 4kTV if your going to buy this media player. The pictures are clear and amazing. Its a very good value and very low maintenance. After almost a month of continuous call in back and forth because of freezing and blackout, they offer me to upgrade it to a better units with me paying extra cost which make me have no choice to just accept it because I already invest a lot of time with the system and designing of menu board. What is unacceptable they erase my design which I invest a lot of time and what will I just respond by Mr. Mahesh is I'm sorry and they will just help me redo it again (which the system is really a do it your own).
