It doesn’t dry my skin out, it smells mild, lathers well, when I risen it off, I felt a bit slippery, but It cleans well, it’s in between squeaky clean and slippery clean. I would call this neutral. It’s definitely the first time I feel neutral about a soap bar, I think I will buy more later. By the way, the price is good too.
