I worked on simple window AC units for shore homes and motels that had simple units. When my office fridge compressor started "clicking" and not starting I did a YouTube search. Sure enough the cause was probably the a cheap relay. Ordered this one since the specs were correct. Took the old one out (was broken in pieces and rattled-a tell tail sign) and popped in this baby. Fridge compressor fired right up. Make note that you don't need all the connections as other described.

Changing these parts solved the problem! It was an easy fix pulling out the old and installing the new. Be sure and take a picture before removing the wiring so you know where they go back.
