My content input goes into an HDMI splitter with one of the HDMI outputs from the splitter as input to this display and the other as input to the cloner box. This arrangement works as a stand-alone system that is independent of our home entertainment system in both function and location. The monitor displays 1080P input very clearly, allowing me to easily make content selections from the source.
