Product is smooth and clean. You can wear it all day and still very comfortable. I end up using a 12 mm instead of 13. You will need to go pass the part where your urethra get narrow, but soon you pass that it will stay in place. Opening is perfect for peeing and ejaculating. Perfect fit, just don’t go too big.
