I've tried a number of travel pillows and this is the only one that is the right size behind my neck. It's smaller back there - you can see how the back is 'pinched' a bit in the picture - so it doesn't push my head forward too much. This one feels right, even when the chair isn't fully reclined.I can also vouch for the seller's customer service. I had a minor problem with my pillow after the first few trips with it. They responded to my email the same day, resolved my issue right away, and were very nice to work with. But after trying it on it felt like my head was pushed forward too much making it very uncomfortable. I don’t know if it is the way it is designed or if the memory foam was too firm. I found another travel pillow from The Sharper Image that was almost identical to this one but was much more comfortable to wear. It was also only $9.99 as opposed to $28.95. Also, I was not too happy with the $7.02 return shipping fee. I guess it was in the description and I missed it but that is on me.
