I don't think you'll be shocked that these aren't especially glossy or pretty, they're sedate and that's what's pictured. Strength: A few of these rings have died on me in short order and these seem to be going strong about a year in. Recommendations: Take your time to find the sizing instructions and get the right size for your fingers. It's worth the fuss just so you don't end up with some silicone rings you wouldn't know what to do with. Negatives? I don't really know what "breathability" is exactly but they're not course or uncomfortable. I do tend to move them between hands after washing simply because they catch a little water underneath.
