As per tradition, this panettone boasts a low shape. It is part of Vergani's Wellness Line, which encompasses organic, wholemeal, and gluten-free panettone. This gluten-free panettone has a golden brown crust on the surface. The colour of the cooked dough is pale straw. Store the product in a cool dry place. The product does not contain or come from genetically modified material. A: We consumed the bread in couple of days so I am not sure about the shelf life.
