I really only needed an extractor for the occasional bump but when I saw the reviews for the dermatools I just had to try them. I would rather pay a little more for two top quality, rust resistant tools than for a whole pack of tools that lack durability. Especially for my purposes. The composition of these tools is sturdy and so far rust proof. I always wash my tools before and after using them and in the past for some reason some have rusted, even after rinsing with rubbing alcohol. Not these. They also come in a convenient little carrying pouch that I keep in my purse. They are precise and effective. I definitely recommend these tools to anyone who wants to properly rid of bumps and blemishes. Which will ultimately prevent scarring and ease future breakouts. If Commodores are not removed entirely, those same bumps will return later. They have to be completely extracted. I have included some pictures to show the tools and also of my face, no makeup. I use to try to use makeup to cover up scars, even though I'm severely allergic to makeup, which would only make my breakouts worse. Although I rarely use the tools as I don't break out too often, these tweezers have made the whole set worth it! They are so sturdy but the metal is pliable enough that you barely have to squeeze to get a strong grip on those stubborn eyebrows. The pointed tip makes it easy to grab short/fine hairs, and these tweezers are strong enough so they don't let go of them! I used Revlon tweezers previously which always broke my hairs, leaving short stubbles that I couldn't get.
