If I could give less stars I would.  Received two damaged regulators in a row.  The second one sounded like it had loose parts rattling around inside and being unsure, I contacted the manufacturer (Emerson, NOT fisher manufacturing) and they assured me that this was not normal.  They are going to get me in touch with an authorized retailer.
