The Unihertz Titan seems to be the only QWERTY smartphone option, other than Blackberry, left in the whole world. How did it come to this? Was it a fashion trend? Cost-cutting? Does everyone really love the lifeless feel of a cold flat sheet of glass on their fingertips? Whatever the reason, the Titan came along and saved us. We are the tiny minority who dare to live in the past, who remember better times when the satisfying click and well-formed shapes of real keys defined our communications experience. Both sim works perfectly in sync and with options to which one do you prefer to use. The phone is very sturdy and has survived falls and underwater mistreatment. The Screen is big enough to read and see documents. The software is not perfect but is good enough to support all the apps that are based in widescreen. This phone is perfect for those who works on the go and need quick access to work related actions. This phone is not designed for media and gamers fans, some games are not totally adapted due to the square screen size. Camera is ok, I am not looking for pictures to show in a photo gallery but the resolution is good enough to show in most social media apps (which will reduce the resolution anyway). Keyboard makes it quicker and easy to type, avoiding typos mistake which you have with the screen keyboards, therefore, less embarrassing moments and better communication with co-workers. Battery last long enough and I am happy with the capacity. Sound is loud enough as it has space for bigger speaker in comparison to other more slim smartphones. Weight can be an issue because is a big phone, but for anything else is a sturdy, reliable and efficient phone, that once you know how it works with all the caveats, it will not disappoint you. **Q: Any UK owners?**
A: Yep! Very happy with it! Not someone who does a lot on their phone, mainly WhatsApp, reading emails, twitter and web browsing, its great. Battery can last up to 3 days with average use. I don't panic when the power bar goes red at 15%, this can last me a day if I'm sparing on the web browsing! Speaker is loud and clear, good for music and if place in a post it note holder,as good as early Bluetooth speakers. Camera is not so great though! its tough solid and weigthy and doesn't take long to adapt to! Not a phone for gaming or serious video watching but fine for casual clips! Some apps are a bit different due to the square screen but most work OK! I love mine although not had it long,approx 2 months!

**Q: Has anybody had problems with sticking keys? My space bar sticks down and doesn't pop up most of the time so I'm returning the device**
A: No, I have not had any problems with sticking keys. You probably just got unlucky with a fault. I love my Titan. It works great and much better than I expected. It is like having a rugged Blackberry Passport. I can chuck it around all over the place and not have to worry about it getting broken. Keyboard also works great. Better than all the expensive and easily breakable iphone and samsung rubbish that the masses swallow up like lemmings... They would probably line themselves up to jump off cliffs if you got the marketing right! Best phone I have ever had so I would definitely recommend you get a replacement Titan!

**Q: Is this phone 4G / 5G compatiable?**
A: Mine shows 4G on o2, but living in the depths of the Suffolk I wouldn't expect more, I wouldn't know about 5G, although somehow I doubt it.

**Q: What 'flavour' wireless charger does it need?**
A: I don't quite understand "Flavour" as I've never eaten one!, but I have two wireless chargers; one is an ancient disc plate that came with a now obsolete Windows (nokia) phone which I have plugged into my car, and a "INIU" WI-211 (input protocol QC/PD/AFC) desktop charger. Both work very well, although the old disc does take a long while to charge it.

### ⭐ Not a very good phone

Rugged, yes, large, yes. Easy to use, no and many dissappointing and annoying features that make me wish for my old blackberry back. Having to hold down both alt and number keys down at same time is deeply annoying, so is the screen lock that engages whenever someone calls or i make a call, makes it near impossible to hang up so all my voicemails tend to go on for about 2 minites and end with me just swearing at the phone. not great for business. Battery life aint all that either, it lasts a day of heavy use, no more. massively dissapointed
