I still take megafood wholefood multi vitamins, AND Calcium Aspartate Anhydrous, but I take it 12 hours after i take vision max and there are no complications. I feel like taking all 3 increased my eyesight vision in a positive way. ALSO, when i visited THE EYE DOCTOR, WHEREAS, I COULDNT SEE EVERY OTHER LETTER PREVIOUSLY , I CAN NOW SEE EVERY ROW OF THE CHART EXCEPT FOR THE BOTTOM ROW . ALSO, MY LEFT EYE WENT DOWN FROM PRESSURE READING 22 TO 18....also, the retina doctor who recommended me to the glaucoma specialist WAS WRONG..the glaucoma specialists told me i was forming cataracts CAUSING thin eye veins ( NOT GLAUCOMA) which are the cause of the pressure fluctuations. I recommend this for cateracts as long as you are NOT taking any type of medicine or vitamins less then 12 hours after taking this strong wonderful formula.
