Good number of outlets in one strip for the money. (By the way, you can get more outlets for less money if you can live with six-outlet plastic mini-strips.)As for the construction quality, that's another story. The supply cord is ridiculously short: about three feet. I had to buy an EXTENSION CORD because this cord was a lousy FOOT too short. This ADDED nearly 50% to the real cost of using this. What in the world was I thinking? Frankly, I wasn't. Don't make the same mistake I did. If you need to mount this over three feet away from an existing outlet, you'll need an extension -- or else install another outlet. Better yet, look around some more. You might find a similar product with a longer supply cord.Another aspect of poor construction quality is the thin material it's made of. (A big hint of that comes in the fact that this is a real featherweight. It's really light for a four-foot power strip. It's replacing a six-outlet strip that easily weighs more than this.) This came into play when I mounted it. It has a cross-shaped hole near each end for hanging it with mounting screws. Using screw heads as large as possible -- i.e., just barely small enough to fit into the slots -- makes for a more secure hold, but also exposed how easily the metal casing of this strip is bent. I did not use excessive force (imnsho -- I build things for a living), yet had to back off and straighten out the metal around the slots on the first effort to mount it.What happened to the days when nearly everything came with a supply cord of about six feet? Manufacturers save dimes with shorter cords, causing customers to spend dollars more. Also, the thin material used in this is off-putting. The price had been marked way down, but it seems that this marked-down price is about what it's worth -- it's no bargain. The "original' price, if that's what it really sold for, would have been robbery. at under nineteen dollars, it's an okay price if you'll be within three feet of an outlet and the build quality doesn't put you off. I would neither recommend this nor steer someone away from it, as long as you know its limitations. Personally, I doubt I'd buy it again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well spaced, perfect for the garage *by K***M on Reviewed in the United States on December 28, 2017* This is exactly as described. A dozen outlets from one plug. The power cord is not long, so you're not going very far from the outlet with it, but if you just need to have a lot of plug options - well spaced, this is Great!I particularly love the fact that the plugs are well spaced. I hate the way most power strips can barely fit 2 normal plugs next to each other, and any transformers occupy at LEAST two plug spaces - if not more. Not on this strip. They will all take up just one port, and have room to spare.I used mine in the garage, so I can have several tools all plugged in at once. I'm never going to use them all at once - so no worries about tripping the circuit breaker, but it's a pain to have to keep plugging and unplugging tools as I use them (1 at a time). This way, they're all ready, all the time, and I just turn them on, as needed, and no more fooling with the plugs every time.Great for my purposes, and I have no idea about electronics, so I don't know if this good for TV's, etc, where you would want a surge protector, and all the items might be in use all at once. This is perfect for the garage, though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Powered Up! *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on December 5, 2017* This power strip is cheaply made so my concern is how long it will stand up over time. The holes at the end to mount it to the wall are attached to cheap pieces of plastic which allow the whole assembly to torque as you plug and unplug items which I think will eventually crack the plastic if you don't reinforce it somehow. The electric cord is way too short and for my purposes located on the wrong side in relation to how I've mounted mine on the wall which in turn decreases the already short electric cable, so it limits where you can mount it and how you can use it without an extension cord.It sounds like I am being overly critical and that's not my intention. If you have an indoor use where things need to stay plugged in and it won't be subjected to abuse, I think that this will more than do the job.
