Review: Works great! - Bought this to tackle tar splashed onto the lower rockers of my ex’s BMW M3 with proprietary matte white paint. Tar has been on there for over 5 years. Came right off. There is still some stain etched into the paint but the tar is gone. I tried all the off the shelf parts store stuff but it would not budge. Follow the directions! Exactly! Be prepared to rinse off as instructed! Very good product and you will be happy with the results.

This stuff works! I sprayed it directly onto a panel that had 3 month old tar on the rear 1/4 panel. It melts away the tar pretty easily. I sprayed on the product, let it dwell, used a pressure washer to safely rinse off any residue and repeated until it was all gone. You'll want to use this in a well ventilated area because the fumes are quite potent.
