It went on fast and smooth. 5 stars ### ⭐ Does not last *by C***L on December 29, 2024* Looked great after I applied it in April, but was already washed off by October. Don't waste your money on this. ### ⭐ Disappointing *by H***5 on June 4, 2024* Tried this brand for grout bc of some + reviews, easy application, and 'no strong odor'. It's easy to apply, but performance is disappointing: with 2 or even 3 coats (not absorbed, interestingly), it does not repel liquids as 'well' as pictured on the bottle, only barely; liquid must be wiped off immediately, or it will penetrate the grout. Appears that I hv to try to find another sealant that actually works, and is easy to apply.
