I wanted to find one that was gentle enough to take every day that would help me get regulated without giving me gastric distress in the process.Knowing I can trust the integrity of the ingredients and the quality of the product is very important to me, so after researching various probiotic products I decided to try Optibac, and I'm glad I did. Knowing that the company's been in business since 2004, is highly rated on Trust Pilot, has an actual web site with contact information, and they've won numerous prestigious awards including the highly sought-after Queen's Award gives me confidence in the product.These probiotic capsules come in a sealed amber colored glass jar, and the caps themselves are easy to swallow. I've been taking one with breakfast each day and I no longer feel gastric pain after eating, and my energy level is improving as well. I give them each five or six days to show me some results. Some help and some don't.
