The first one held up for over 5 years of abuse in a high traffic area ( opening and closing at least 20+ times a day!). East to install. So easy to install, if you can turn a screw, just put the screws in the sides and turn the plastic wheel, easy to open pul back lever and slightly lift, automatically closes.
