Similar to other reviews they use a lot of regular bearing grease on the bearing balls which make them very sticky, My kids are primary users and with their weight it was a big struggle. I used 3-1in grease and cleaner and it helped dramatically. WD-40 should do the trick as well. So far i got two spinners like and quality of materials and steel they are using is amazing however make sure to clean up the bearings with some WD-40 or other grease/cleaner and it will start spinning better instantly.
