The prices here are a little higher than my local store, so if you're looking for savings you might do a comparison, but whether you buy it on desertcart or at Kroger the flavor is the same. Bachan's has amazing consistency and I know that each bottle I receive is going to be nothing but the best, from a family owned company that only uses the best of the best. We've used this on chicken, beef, seafood--you name it we've probably put this on. This makes an excellent overnight marinade and is perfect as a finishing glaze. We are so happy we found this sauce! Great to add to dishes if you're looking for a new flavor to incorporate, not too sweet or tangy, it's been delicious on tofu, chicken, rice. You can thicken up the sauce in the pan if you would prefer to have more of a teriyaki consistency. This is a new staple in our kitchen we always have a bottle and are excited to try the different flavors.
