Purchased for our office/guest room. We sit on it frequently, and my mother with a bad back says it is nice and firm (in a good way) for her to sleep on when she visits. It arrived in 3 separate heavy boxes. It took 2 people a few hours to assemble. Being lightweight it moves easily (whether you want it to or not), which has caused the corners of the back to dig into the wall. One of the little "button" clips turned side ways and disappeared inside the mattress. It is a bit clunky to fold down, and impossible to fold up without a 2nd person to assist. The biggest frustration is that the mattress does not crease nicely and starts to slide off slightly when upright. For this much money and all the comparison shopping we did - I had really hoped to not have this many complaints. I do love the side tables that fold down though.

Awesome product for the price, easy to assemble and very sturdy.  I would definitely recommend this seller and product. Very impressed on packing, parts, directions and online assembly video.  Can't say enough about how satisfied we are, better that expected.
