one would need a very long neck for this to feel comfortable.  It's VERY THICK & it does not have the give to that the neck requires.  placing under the knee etc...its useful

    Totally useless; doesn't support or contour to the neck. Very ill-shaped poor design. Very strange.

A terrible neck support. Came smushed into a carrying travel bag, and let it sit out a week but never reshaped itself to the shape desired as in the photo on Amazon. Severely disappointed. It's now in a drawer. May throw it out, I'm so mad. It's useless.
