Is not all broken small bits and a nice soft chew to it. **Q: There are 3 common sizes of bulgar: large, medium, and small, which is this please? If not sure pls don't answer, thanks.** A: It was big **Q: What is the nutrition content please** A: As this is a staple food its main nutritional value is carbohydrate. It however is less starchy than rice or pasta, it also contains some protein. Bought before and just ordered again. Love it! Great substitute for rice. Loads of health benefits (fibre, low calorie and nutrient rich). And in our opinion tastier than rice too. I add a stock cube into the water while cooking and makes it extra flavourful. Despite being cheaper, the grains are big and inviting, and the taste and mouthfeel are a huge step up. I was motivated to write a review when I moved house and found a bag of supermarket bulgur in the back of the cupboard - in date - and rediscovered how small and mediocre it is compared to the Aksoy. As clean too. The icing on the fake is that it is good value for money.If you haven't tried bulgur wheat before, give it a go. It is filling and if well seasoned, can be a meal on its own. In fact, all the vegetables I have tried with it go well so I guess it qualifies being called versatile?Will be buying again for sure.Update: chomped on a stone today. Disappointed.
