Cons: Initially for the first week or so, The soft sole moulding at the bottom of the shoe and the shoe shape makes it hard to do strenuous workouts including treadmill running. It doesn’t give a firm grip on the ground. It has got twists . It leads to straining your back if treadmill running is done on this. I switched back to my puma running shoes which were already three years old but still offer good comfort for treadmill running. Haven’t exactly tried it outdoors. They seem too delicate to hit the rough terrains. The shoe is meant for Showoff and light physical activity. However I am now editing my review as After 2 weeks once the feet got adjusted to the shoe , they r really comfy and light weight. My running distance increased on treadmill as well. Very good shoe .
