The center bearing point on the tool seems a bit soft and showed wear from one pull. The tool box it comes in is nice BUT the latches fall off !!! - super annoying when I went to stow the tool and had to look all over to find the latches !!! [update 8-10-23 : I have used this tool a couple more times and it is working well and I'm glad I have it. I have upgraded to 4 stars as its been effective.
