Board doesn’t bend but folds up nicely without disturbing what you have worked. **Q: Where is it manufactured?** A: Port Huron,Ontario, Michigan are some of the places of manufacture by Mary Maxim. **Q: Does this have a middle piece that lifts up and out to put the puzzle together on? Or do you have to use the entire board with wings attached?** A: You have to use the whole board. We found the pieces are difficult to move around and if you use the wings to spread pieces there isn't a way to close it. We fixed this using a piece of butcher paper on each.
