Review: Easy to use - I put this in a saucepan of boiling water each day and boil for 10 minutes . You can use some lemon/lime juice or vinegar or vit c tablet . Then I let it cool and add some apple juice and drink a tumbler full . You can reuse it easily with a slotted spoon which any grown up will have in their kitchen . I don’t see a need to add it to soups etc but I may do in the future . Have cut off the string because that will get dirty/ sticky . After use I rinse it well and dry then rub in a little coconut oil but any oil will do , wrap it in a little piece of kitchen towel and put it on the shelf next to my cooker . I have not given it 5 stars simply because I have not yet had a blood test to check my iron levels but I am feeling better .

A: en, ice cubes... it should still be effective, because the iron goes into the water, and this iron fish material is iron,  it will rust if you leave it in water or forget to dry it. Anyway, i maintain the iron fish according the tips, until now, the ironfish still not rusting, hope my answer can help you.

A: It add a little iron every time you use it you boil it for just 10 minutes that it everyday for everything you do or cook or drink and your good for that day

A: You should add a squeeze of lemon to the water after you take out the fish. Vitamin c makes iron more available for absorption.
