I really only shopped Amazon for the socks but I was really shocked that the selection wasn't that great. These were actually exactly what I had envisioned when thinking about silly socks, so I was really excited to find these. What I wasn't excited about was the price tag for just ONE pair of socks, but after receiving them, I think it's a fair price. The socks are very thick and seem like they will last a while. The description says they will fit until around age 5, so if that truly is the case, we will be able to get a lot of wear out of these. I'm sure there will be another silly sock day in the next year, so until he outgrows these, I won't have to buy another pair of silly socks! My son just turned two and is on the taller, but skinnier side and they fit great. They don't fall down at all but aren't so tight that he seems uncomfortable in them. at the same time, I can tell they have some stretch to them, so they will grow with him nicely.
