Only using it while new kitchen being fitted. I use the top of it to warm my plates. **Q: does it just heat from the bottom** A: It heats from the top as well **Q: Just received my mini oven and grill but how does the grill work please? Nothing in the instructions!** A: Is there maybe an instruction manual online? If nt, all I rmember is turing the timer knob for the time you want, and the other knob for temperature. Oven and grill are the same function, using the heating element at the top **Q: Can this be returned as it said oven and grill and theres no grill** A: I use it just to cook ,mine has not a setting for grill only.
