Most people would buy this guitar for their child. So, I am probably not the typical player of a guitar like this. I have been playing for decades and have had dozens of high end guitars over the years. Here's the run down: good fit and finish, good fret work, nice weight balance, good (hot) tones from the pickups, trem does not line-up with Fender vintage size or MIM trems. Nicer fit and finish that a similar Squire mini strat. Nice details like standard tuners (easily replaceable with locking tuners) and oversized strap buttons. Neither of which come with the Squire. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ CNZ Perfect For My Needs *by W***. on April 6, 2023* This is my 2nd CNZ instrument. My 1st is a short scale 4 string bass guitar. Perfect out of the box. Beautiful fit & finish, no fret sprout, intonation was spot on, no need to adjust string height/action or touch the truss rod. Tuning was all it needed. I had no hesitation to order another CNZ instrument and ordered this short scale 6 string guitar. Again, perfect out of the box. Adjusted the tremolo bridge to be floating, tuned it up and now learning to play Surf Rock using the whammy bar. Feels great to be in with the CNZ Family. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good company to deal with *by B***N on January 7, 2021* The guitar sounds good and feels solid. My granddaughters love it. As you would expect at this price point, it benefitted from a little polishing of the frets with some fine wet-or-dry sandpaper. Other than that just do a set-up (you can find lots of videos on how to do that) and it's ready to go.
