The dry erase marker wipes off easily with no residue/shadow left behind. BUT, even more amazing were the instructions and inserts provided by the company. GREAT, easy directions (does that even exist anymore?!). Polite communication. I realize it's not rocket science, but this company went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction! The product is excellent. The company is outstanding. I will be purchasing from them going forward.
