**Q: Is 48v nominal? Really more like 56v or more while charging 4 - 12v lead acid batteries in series?**
A: Dear Addison,No. Please note that the working voltage of this switch is 12V-48V DC. Hope this will be helpful to your purchase.

**Q: Can you put two lines going out of the switch? I have two different bus bars and would like the on/off switch to turn both off at the same time.**
A: No. Use a 1.2, both, off swihch. It is made to switch two batteries, but you can simply use it backwards to do what you want.

**Q: Can you put the single on/off switch on two batteries in series? Just need to shut off both and turn back on both at the same time.**
A: You could but don’t know why.  If you want 12 v and you have two 6v batteries in series to make 12v then the two 6v can be cabled together all the time and the switch is used to disconnect both batteries at once.

**Q: Can you remove the red knob itself?**
