They are of good quality and are flat pieces of sturdy cardboard that look like they are framed. When you walk past the pictures and see them from a different angle, the picture changes to something creepy. We had house guests who were properly creeped out by these hanging in our hallways. I read the reviews before hanging these up about the tape that comes with them doesn’t hold them up well. Don’t make my mistake and use mounting tape because it pulled the paint off my walls when removing them (carefully).
