Review: These have been a great addition to the home gym. They are very easy to string up, adjust for another exercise, and then remove when done. PROS - So easy to set up, adjust, and take down. - Very solid. - Handles that came with mine and buttery smooth. - Very easy to get exactly even on the two handles. - Great length options, from very short to very long in a couple snaps. CONS - Like all dip rings, you need anti chafe covers if you're doing lots of dips or push-ups. - Pretty trivial, but I don't want to store the extras it comes with since I love the wooden handles. - Would be great if all handles came with a quick attach/remove connection.

**Q: Can extra straps be purchased separately?**
A: That I don’t know. But this product shines in its attachments but it’s straps

**Q: how much weight can it hold? If I'm 230 lbs should I be worried, doing dips/pull-ups??**
A: The straps and rings should be fine, it's probably more important to mount it properly.

**Q: Are the "numbers" on the straps durable against getting rubbed off? Are they embroidered on?**
A: Numbers are very durable. I don’t see it coming off for 5 years

**Q: What is the maximum length the straps are safely capable of reaching?**
A: Without getting a tape measure and measuring it end to end I wouldn’t be able to tell you. But you can use it safely with the straps lengthened out to its furthest point on either end. There is no drama with these straps

I'd never used rings before, but after 6 months of use I can now recommend these. The caribiners are the way to go, easily and quickly adjustable without having to worry your rings are even. The rings themselves are a decent quality and comfortable. I like the slightly thinner diameter to enhance grip strength.
