It came with the intake manifold gaskets and EGR gasket(s)--I only needed 1 EGR gasket though. Installation for this part is easy and noticed no faults when I put everything back together. Be sure to monitor the placement of the gasket when installing the intake manifold--installation requires moving and repositioning the intake manifold into place where the gasket could potentially move.
