Review: Legends of Cricket - Top Trumps are always good to buy, lots of information on the chosen subject, good for general knowledge. Cricket mad son appreciated this as a Christmas stocking filler. Strong plastic case to keep them in, better than a box that will get bent or torn. Hours of fun to be had.
Review: I won against my husband! - I love Top Trumps and cricket so had to jump at this. Some of the cards / scores surprise me a little (would have expected some people's to be different) but I think the card has a good range of different cricketers, known for different things. I appreciate that no one is overly unbeatable and it is a bit of a challenge as it has a good mix of batsman, bowlers and all-rounders. It is also possible to win against true cricket fans! I beat my husband! But very good price and the size is small enough to keep with you anywhere so we enjoy having a pack in the car, for any trips we take. It is a good way to learn about cricket legends too, as it has some facts about them as well as their numbers (i.e. wickets taken, total runs etc).
