**Q: Does it help with cramps**
A: My girlfriend says it does. She just prefers to have 2 because when one is done, she can use the other.

**Q: How big is the heat pack?**
A: I don't know the exact dimensions but, if you can imagine the size of a Frisbee, but heart shaped, I would say about that big. Much larger than I expected! Which is nice because it fits great on the lower back for all over heat vs. Just a small spot on the spine.

**Q: How do you warm it up-microwave?**
A: No.. it's has a piece of metal you pop and that activates it.

**Q: What scent does this have?  I don't see that detail in the product information and I'm allergic to lavender so it's a big deal.**
A: It has a very song rose scent to it. At least to me. Not really a blend of flower smells, just rose.

Gave this as a gift. Awesome concept. The smell isn’t overpowering after the first couple uses either. Make sure to follow the instructions when resetting though.
