But the best part was the customer service. I bought this about 6 months ago ready to install this spring but when I opened it up, the stand and hose bits were not there - should have checked this when it first arrived. I emailed the seller, not really expecting much after such a long time, but she was brilliant. All she asked for was my address and two days later I got the replacement parts in the post.
