This all seems normal to me and is improved by pulling extra fabric into around the shoulders & armpits. Overall, I think the ROM is quite good and any issues are offset by the buoyancy. The buoyancy is a game changer though. This is particularly true for your legs. I didn't have any of the leg sinking I've come to associate with sighting in the pool. It feels very tight but not restriction of movement. Is it too tight?** A: I'm 5-9 171 lbs and my M1 is fitting very snugly these days. It is very difficult to get the zipper up sometimes. I pull the crotch up so high it feels like its cutting into my balls. I bought this suit at 45 yrs old and now I'm 50. I just ran the LA marathon in March too so I think I need a new suit and an M2 is probably what I need based on their size chart. I'm going to try the zipper up a bit to see if that works. I also have a very wide back and I may have added some bulk in my lats who knows, but it's never been this difficult to get the zipper up. LOL!!! **Q: I’m 5’8 and 150 is S3 the right choice or m1?** A: You do not want it too loose, I would lean S3. It will be tight to put on the first time but mine then formed to me. What size would you recommend?** A: From the sizing chart looks like M1. The chart i found to be very accurate. But even if you need to exchange, they are very customer focused and will easily help you get one that fits. You can't go wrong. **Q: 5'10 175. I got the M2 but its tight. Will it loosen up or should I go bigger?** A: Our sizes are significantly based on weight and are intended to fit snugly. Based on your current weight, the M2 should be your recommended size. It could feel tight because the neoprene hasn't conformed to your body yet.
