The outer poles have the Din rail clips for installation and removal. There are snap clips between the units (2) per pole for the 1st Pole and the 2nd Pole and 2 small roll pins that connect the fuse holder doors together that can be removed as needed to allow Single, Double or 3 Pole configuration. The Center Pole has no Din Rail clip and relies on the outside Poles to keep it in place in the 3 Pole configuration. So for 2 Pole use remove the center unit.
