Had to swap every part in the computer (since I had spares) to see which part was causing the issue. Had to order a new motherboard right away since that was the problem. Honestly if you're looking to get this board.... I would pay the extra money and just get one of the newer gaming boards or whatever. I only chose this one because it was one of the only Asus boards with the intel slot I needed and had ddr3 slots. Currently in the middle of an email with Asus about this but honestly.... Whats the point in repairing whatever is wrong with it. I don't trust the board anymore. I need something that's going to last more than a few years not one year. But I also don't trust any other manufacture other than Asus. The reason why is that the "B" series chipset i.e. b150 and b170, cannot* overclock the cpu. In other words, the i7 6700k will fit in this motherboard's socket, and it will work completely, it's just not a very smart move financially.Explaining "*":"Generally the B and H boards will not accept multiplier OC, although can do some minor OC with BCLK, but this is not recommended, best left at 100 as it overclocks the entire system, not just the cpu. We got ... *by A***N on July 21, 2017* This motherboard did not meet my expectations. We got it for my 13 year old son's birthday gift, and had a friend build it. Well, it turned into the most frustrating process, as it did not boot up. We replaced this MB wth a brand new one of the same type, still nothing. Then we replaced the brand new Intel i5 processor, still nothing. Finally, our friend just bought another motherboard, and everything booted up perfectly.
