**Q: Is it supposed to struggle when mixing dough? We tried making a 300g loaf of bread, but the head of the machine jumps around, did we get a faulty one?**
A: It could be faulty as mine doesn’t do that.. it’s fairly noisy but the suction cups keep it still on the counter.. hope this helps!

A: Yes you can using the dough hook starting on a low speed

A: push the blade up and twist to release from the bar
