It mixes well, tastes good, and digests very well. I only have two primary complaints: first, it's waaaay too sweat, and the stevia flavor is overwhelming if mixed with just water. But if mixed with an unsweetened nut milk, or with other non-sweat ingredients in a smoothie, it's great. Secondly, the serving size is a joke. They claim that 40g is equivalent to "two heaping tablespoons" when it's not even close to that, unless your tablespoon is more like a soup ladle. Half a serving, 20g, is about three full (not heaping) tablespoons.
