However, with the use I was initially very frustrated and not pleased for, in view of a history of trying similar products, I had some initial problems like past experiences. My joint pain increased and I experienced jerky reactions in lower limbs. For a period of two weeks or so, I varied the approach and with no success, was ready to return for a refund and had all completed for doing. I then thought of reducing the recommended daily intake by 2/3rds. I did and in a matter of a week, not only no increase in pain but a decrease. Results were very positive and this product has provided something not experienced previously, relief in joints, better movement. I would, subjectively on the scale of 1 to 10 rate going from an 8 which is means much pain to a 3 which means much less pain. That is good news.
