酵母エキスまでも使っていない無添加の白だしはなかなか買えません。確かに量は少なく高いですが、私は気に入って購入しています。価格的に普段使いには向きませんが、納豆に、漬物に、1人分の麺つゆに…と、ちょっとお出汁が欲しい時に使っています。同じシリーズの「しあわせ」を先に購入しましたが、尖った味と魚臭さが苦手でリピートはしませんでした。その後「六合わせ」がある事を知りこちらを購入しましたが、こちらの方がまろやかで美味しいです。今後も購入し続けたい商品です。
