The rolls are big, and the only "complaint" I have is that while they still fit inside the unit they are difficult to turn until you've gone through a bit. I think the only way this would change is if they went to a thinner core but that might compromise the integrity of the roll, and it's not that big of an inconvenience where I'm actually worried about it. Just a nitpick! There are four rolls, which consists of two 11" wide rolls and two 8" wide rolls. This gives you plenty of flexibility and doesn't require you to waste the wider bags when you have a thinner amount of leftovers or smaller item. So far, I've had zero issues with cutting or sealing with my Inkbird unit and the food I've reheated with my Inkbird Sous Vide has been just as tasty as when it came off the smoker!
