I'm very pleased that I chose Eufy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Work fine…charging design flaw. *by T***D on November 15, 2025* I bought these for my elder parents to make me feel better as well as help them not have to answer their door for just anyone and they can also just talk to people though the camera. They have been working great and I love that I also have access through my phone too. Took a bit to adjust the sensitivity and I have to adjust it based on the time of year and weather. The bright snow makes them pick up EVERY movement. Set up was easy. The biggest downfall(and why I only gave 4 stars) is the design to take them down to charge is HORRIBLE! I live out of town from my parents and they can not get the doorbell down to charge. It’s a tinny tiny wire(for the key) and a very fine opening on the bottom of the doorbell to insert the “key”. They have to have a neighbor come by if I’m not there and he gets very frustrated. It’s VERY HARD TO CHARGE THEM! Design needs addressed!
