I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will definitely be getting another pair soon! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Extremely comfortable and stylish - but for casual use *by E***L on May 25, 2024* I wanted to foray into barefoot tennis shoes because not every workplace accepts fivefingers or sandals, which are my preferred shoes. I used to be a very narrow toebox-wearer, as my feet are somewhat narrow and my arches slightly high, but I found they had a negative impact on my balance, comfort, and especially ability to climb. The toe box on these is bigger than the average shoe, and the fabric they are made of is extremely comfortable. However, you do not get the full range of movement and ability to spread your toes as you might in fivefingers- you do get most of it, I would perhaps ballpark 75%. That might be an issue for you if you have sensory processing difficulties, but it was not a large issue for me. Their versatility is also limited by the lack of water resistance- if you're walking through the city or a muddy trail, or neglected suburban road with potholes, you will end up with dirty shoes, wet socks, and an extra chore when you get home- cleaning the fabric. Yes, you can toss them in the laundry, but that doesn't help you during the day while you're actually wearing them. Other than that, these shoes would actually be quite good for light bouldering; with a diamond cross grip pattern on the bottom that is essentially flat across the whole bottom of the shoe. They have firm supports along the side, right along my arches, that can be laced tighter- think corsetry- but this doesn't equate to sufficient arch support for me personally when it comes to running, which was a little disappointing, but you could also attribute that to me being a relatively new barefoot runner (though I am not a new barefoot walker.) They are lightweight, and also look very nice and are great for school or the office, if that is where you find yourself.
