The size is great and yes the arms are the perfect length. Very very warm jacket I live where it gets extremely cold and I have been nice and toasty in this. Zippers seems very sturdy I haven't had any issues with them. Keeps me dry in rain and snow. It's actually a nice looking jacket on have received numerous compliments on it. It's not super heavy and bulky to be carrying around but you do want to take it off before you get in the car with the heater on as you would probably get way too warm.
